- Nature of the Service
The Service Provider offers phytotherapy consultations, available either in person or online (via Zoom).
The purpose of the consultation is to provide information on the physiological effects of medicinal plants and dietary supplements, as well as recommendations to support a healthy lifestyle.
Important: The service does not replace medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of any health concerns, clients should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
- Appointment Booking and Payment
- Appointments may be booked through the Bookly scheduling system available on the [website name] website.
- The consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking using the Stripe online payment system.
- A confirmation will be sent upon successful payment.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- The client may cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the Service Provider cancels the consultation, the client may choose a new appointment date or request a full refund.

- All fees are gross amounts and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is accepted exclusively online via the Stripe payment system.

- Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without providing any reason under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).
- However, if the provision of the service (the consultation) begins within the 14-day period with the consumer’s explicit consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised.
