In the event of any health concerns, clients should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b>Appointment Booking and Payment<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Appointments may be booked through the Bookly scheduling system available on the [website name] website.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>The consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking using the Stripe online payment system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>A confirmation will be sent upon successful payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>The client may cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge up to <\/span><b>24 hours<\/b><span> before the scheduled consultation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>If the Service Provider cancels the consultation, the client may choose a new appointment date or request a full refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b>Service Fees<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Current consultation fees are displayed on the website.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>All fees are gross amounts and include VAT where applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Payment is accepted exclusively online via the Stripe payment system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b>Disclaimer of Liability<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>All information provided by the Service Provider is <\/span><b>for informational purposes only<\/b><span> and is not intended to diagnose medical conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for the client\u2019s health condition or for any independent decisions made based on the consultation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>The purchase of dietary supplements is entirely optional and any recommendations are non-binding.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b>Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without providing any reason under Government Decree 45\/2014 (II.26.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>However, if the provision of the service (the consultation) begins within the 14-day period with the consumer\u2019s explicit consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer be exercised.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b>Complaints Handling<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span>Clients may submit complaints using the following contact details:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Email: office@pharmacoidea.eu<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Postal Address: 7\u201311 Derkovits Fasor, H-6726 Szeged, Hungary<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b>Data Protection<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span>The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the provisions set out in the <\/span><b>Privacy Policy<\/b><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><b>Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span>The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
